Winter

The past year has been challenging, between March of 2017 and January of 2018, I had two major surgeries.

There's been a lot of pain and not enough art.

In January I had shoulder surgery.  I tore my Labral tendon trying to lift weights and begin the long process of attempting to get back in shape following my hysterectomy from March of 2017.  When I went in for the MRI, there were some bone spurs, and during my surgery itself, they found a hole in my rotator cuff tendon--when it rains, it pours.

I haven't posted any pics here in a while.  I wasn't able to do much of anything from January until now. I'm slowing gaining back my strength and mobility...a little at a time.  Physical therapy is going well.   I have a small collection of photos from this winter, from here and there.  Some before my surgery and some that I've managed to create since.

This is that collection.
